Job Description:
- Data entry.
- To performs monthly reconciliation of Bank Accounts, local creditors and etc.
- To administer all documentations in relation to the invoicing and receipt of payment from debtors.
- Prepare invoices, payment voucher and issuance of cheque.
- Responsible for day to day operational of account department.
- Checking and verify file from operation department before get approval.
- Monthly checking on existing customer file before issuance of cheque.
- Liaise with auditors, bank institution and company secretary.
- Ensure proper filing of all documents pertaining to account.
- To assist any job-related tasks assigned and directed by Supervisor.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Finance.
- Candidate must possess strong accounting background.
- At least minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in accounting field required for this position.
- Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Office application (Words and Excel).
- Candidate have experience in Accounting Software. Experience in MYOB Accounting System will be added advantage.
- Good communication skill, can work in team, positive attitude and willing to learn.
- Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia and English

Job Description:
- To review, draft and negotiate legal-related documents including but not limited to will, private trust, and other related agreement/documents.
- To keep management abreast of the latest development of relevant laws, regulation and to advise on the compliance requirements from time to time.
- To assist in discussions/negotiations process on behalf of UBB Amanah Berhad as and when instructed.
- To analyze, research, and summarize legal information.
- To liaise with external lawyers and other consultants.
- To attend to any legal queries within UBB Amanah Berhad.
- To prepare legal opinion as and when requested.
- To perform any other duties as directed from time to time as required by the management of UBB Amanah.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess a bachelor Degree in Law or equivalent.
- At least minimum 2 to 3 years working experience in related field required for this position.
